Important: You Can't "Spot Reduce" Fat

How to Do It

  1. 1Start standing with feet hip-width apart
  2. 2Squat down and place hands on floor
  3. 3Jump or step feet back into plank position
  4. 4Optional: Perform a push-up
  5. 5Jump or step feet back to hands
  6. 6Explosively jump up, reaching arms overhead
  7. 7Land softly and immediately begin next rep
  8. 8Keep core engaged throughout

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Sagging hips in plank position
Skipping the push-up or jump (if doing full version)
Landing too hard on jump
Not maintaining fluid motion between steps
Rushing and sacrificing form

  • Step back instead of jump
