This exercise strengthens Core, Shoulders, but fat loss happens holistically across your entire body through consistent training and nutrition. You cannot target fat loss in specific areas. How to Do It

  1. 1Start standing with feet hip-width apart
  2. 2Hinge at hips and place hands on floor (bend knees if needed)
  3. 3Walk hands forward into plank position
  4. 4Keep legs as straight as comfortable
  5. 5Optional: Perform a push-up at the bottom
  6. 6Walk hands back toward feet
  7. 7Stand up and repeat
  8. 8Keep core engaged throughout

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Rushing the movement - move with control
Hips sagging when in plank
Not keeping legs relatively straight during walk-out
Rounding back when standing up

Make It Easier

  • Bend knees more
  • Walk hands out shorter distance
